Sponsored by National FCCLA, the Family and Consumer Sciences Knowledge Bowl is a four-level, team competition that challenges students' knowledge of all aspects of Family and Consumer Sciences. STAR Events (Students Taking Actions with Recognition) recognize members for proficiency and achievement in chapter and individual projects, leadership skills and career preparation. STAR Events offer individual skill development and application of learning through the following activities: STAR Events competition begins at the State Leadership Conference.
