The Culinary Institute of America Scholarships

The Culinary Institute of America scholarships have been confirmed for 2010 as follows:

Culinary Institute of America offers six scholarships to PA FCCLA members.  Scholarships are renewable.

  • First, second, and third place STAR Events Culinary Arts winners ($2000; $1500; $1000)
  • First, second, and third place STAR Events Pastry Arts-Baking winners ($2000; $1500; $1000)

The 2010 scholarship recipients are:

  • Stephanie Klinge from A. W. Beattie Career Center
  • Amelia McLean, Nathan Wyandt, Rebekah Kelly, and Tabitha Reed from Berks Career and Technology Center West
  • Ashley Vanbuskirk, Kanette Michael, and Salene Farver from Columbia-Montour Area Vocational Technical School
  • Cory Winget, Jessica Moyer, Maria Homa, and Jordan Delgado from Lehigh Career and Technical Institute

Culinary Institute of America National Scholarships

The Culinary Institute of America is offering a special scholarship opportunity just for members of National Student Organizations (NSO). The candidate must meet three requirements in order to be considered:

  • be an active participant of FCCLA for at least one year

  • submit a completed scholarship application  

  • enroll at the Culinary Institute of America by June, 2011.

There are also non-renewable, NSO Scholarships available. The scholarship application and deadline date will be posted here.
