STAR Events Manual Visit www.fcclainc.org to see a current edition of the STAR Events Manual. An annually updated manual with new events is posted on the national website in September. Affiliation membership dues must be postmarked by November 30 to national FCCLA to participate in Pennsylvania FCCLA STAR Events. Pennsylvania Occupational STAR Events Supplement Members of Occupational Chapters are eligible to enter Pastry Arts Baking, Pastry Arts Cake Decorating, and Food and Beverage Service. Download either the Adobe or Word document to obtain a copy of the "2009-2010 Pennsylvania STAR Events Occupational Supplement."
FCCLA Planning Process Worksheet The FCCLA Planning Process is an integral part of STAR Events. A typeable Adobe document can also be found in the STAR Events Manual. The user will be able to save work on the Word document.
