Pennsylvania FCCLA Partnerships Homepage The success of partnerships will be seen in projects and programs conducted between local FCCLA chapters and partners in their community. Pennsylvania Family, Career and Community Leaders in its endeavor to address important personal, family, work, and societal issues partners at the state level to offer opportunities to local chapters. FCCLA chapter members are experienced in Peer Education and in using the FCCLA Planning Process in developing programs. Partner groups have access to curriculum materials, grants, and human resources. By partnering FCCLA members have a positive opportunity to "Take the Lead" in the Power of One program and get involved in FCCLA national programs. FCCLA benefits from the partnership by promoting positive public relations in the community and school; realizing the potential for career awareness; and teaching peers an invaluable life application.
