Proposed Bylaw Change

The Bylaws/Handbooks Committee is recommending a proposed bylaw change for consideration at the 2012 State Leadership Conference. Section 3, letter e states the (Vice President of National Programs) has been recommended be changed to the (Vice President of Programs).

The rationale behind the bylaw change - National FCCLA removed "STAR Events" from the National Program category into the Competitive Events category. The name should be changed to better reflect state officers' responsibilities regarding both STAR Events and National Programs.
