Beyond
the Label
Pennsylvania
FCCLA chapter members will go Beyond the Label
at the 64th annual State Leadership
Conference. Conference registration is $45 per person.
STAR Events registration is $10 per person.

Adult/Student
Ratio
As stated
in the Bylaws of the Pennsylvania Association Family, Career and
Community Leaders of America, "In all cases, each chapter
shall be required to have one adult for every eight
members." Chapters should adhere to this policy for
state meetings. (Article VII, Section 2 c.)

Correction/Cancellation/Changes
Form (SLC104)
Corrections,
Cancellations, or Changes cannot be made online after the
registration is submitted. The
Correction/Cancellation/Changes Form (SLC104) must be
completed and sent to the state office to be received by
12:00 noon on Thursday, March 11, 2010.

Individual
Meal Orders
Meals are
included with the hotel conference package (SLC200). Anyone
not registering with the hotel conference package must purchase
their meals directly from the restaurant cashier on the morning of
the meal. PA FCCLA does not handle the individual meals at
Seven Springs.

PA FCCLA Meeting Rules
and Regulations (SLC400)
Every
student must sign the Meeting Rules and Regulations
Acknowledgement Form. SLC400 must be sent to the state
office by January 26, 2010. The Acknowledgement Form will be
kept on file to use for the National Leadership Conference.

Website
and Publications Waiver Form (PAFCCLA 404 and 405)
Pennsylvania
FCCLA members must complete the "Website and Publication
Waiver Form" (PA FCCLA 405) and submit to their adviser in
order to be included in FCCLA publications and attend Regional
Leadership Meetings and the State Leadership Conference. The
adviser sends the Website and Publication Waiver Chapter
Verification Form" (PA FCCLA 404) to the state office.
These forms are required of all PA FCCLA members who attend
Regional Leadership Meetings and the State Leadership Conference.
The forms will be kept on file and will also be in effect for the
National Leadership Conference
