Form Explanation
Complete one form per person and
postmark to the lockbox address by May 1. The form is in
writeable Adobe format.
Do
not select any items listed as State Adviser events. There
are a variety of combinations of registrations. If the
complete package is selected, then the individual items are not
selected. For example, the meeting registration only can
be selected - or the meeting registration and only one of the
special events.

registration form.

Tour
Information
Conference
tours may only be ordered online at the following link on the

Financial Summary Form Submit payment for
and order trader pins, and state group photos by using this form.
A list of names of all your conference attendees
should be typed on or added to this form. Use either the
Word or the PDF file. The PDF file is not typeable. Deadline
to state office is April 16. |

Events Photo Form The
state office will take care of ordering the group photos from
the State Financial Summary Form PANLC302). Chapter
advisers should order any STAR Events photos directly using the
pdf form to the right. |

Hotel Policy
It is important that
all FCCLA delegates attending the conference use the official
hotel(s).
The Board of
Directors has implemented the following policy:
1. Delegates who
live more than 30 miles from the convention site and do not stay
in one of the official convention hotels will be assessed a
meeting room fee of $25 per registration in order to register
for the conference.
2. Delegates from
state associations attending the national conference and not
staying at one of the official convention hotels may not
participate in National STAR Events or be eligible to be elected
for a national office.

The
Single/Double/Triple/Quad Room Rate is $178.00 plus tax,
currently 15.4% sales tax per room per night. All individuals
staying at an official National Leadership Conference hotel and
taking advantage of the conference convention rates must
register for the conference. Deadline to postmark housing
reservations is May 1.
